My work was essentially to assist the CEO and the Chief Strategy Officer of a fast-growing international sports tech group around strategy, mergers and acquisitions, understanding marketplaces and competitors.
This involved doing analysis work and preparing reports used at the executive level to help them manage the business. Preparing these reports required extensive research and analysis skills as well as financial modelling/Excel skills.
In addition to this, I had to ensure that my work done could be easily accessed and consumed by creating an internal strategy intranet page and adding all the reports to this one.
